Blouse, charlotte et mains soigneusement lav\u00e9es y sont obligatoires.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a toujours un peu de mati\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tale emport\u00e9e avec la vapeur. Selon le type de fabrication en cours, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de filtrer l\u2019hydrolat pour retirer ces impuret\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les formulations impliquant l\u2019ajout de conservateurs, ils sont ajout\u00e9s au niveau des cuves agit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le conditionnement final peut se faire en jerricans de 5 litres et 25 litres, f\u00fbt de 220 litres ou IBC de 1000 litres.<\/p>\n<p>De par son principe, l\u2019hydrodistillation fournit un produit dont l&rsquo;eau purifi\u00e9e est majoritaire. Une des particularit\u00e9s de l\u2019atelier PY&rsquo;STILL est de pouvoir reconcentrer les principes actifs. Pour ce faire, une recirculation sur osmose inverse munie de membranes sp\u00e9ciales retire l\u2019eau pure tout en conservant les mol\u00e9cules organiques. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e9vite l\u2019utilisation des solvants habituellement utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie cosmetique lors des phases d\u2019extraction-concentration.<\/p>\n<p>La filtration st\u00e9rilisante \u00e0 0,2 \u00b5m est faite dans un box s\u00e9par\u00e9, sous hotte. Conditionnement en bidons de 1, 5 ou 25 litres sur balance commerciale homologu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ces hydrolats concentr\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre conditionn\u00e9s sans conservateurs. Cela leur conf\u00e8re l\u2019avantage d\u00e9cisif de pouvoir \u00eatre ult\u00e9rieurement incorpor\u00e9s par nos clients dans toutes les formules sans interf\u00e9rer avec les syst\u00e8mes de stabilisation. A plus forte raison, ils trouveront toute leur place dans des produits bio voire sans conservateurs.
